Adding new user to the cluster

How do I add new user to the existing hadoop cluster?

Can you map me to a Cloudera doc and/or provide steps?

There are too many ways to answer your question, so we need more information about what you mean.  Can you clarify what you want that user to do?  Do you have kerberos enabled?
