Hi @Wesy Zhao the command to use is "zkServer.sh status". If it still shows zk as not running then check ZooKeeper log, the location appears in Ambari zookeeper-env. If this is the first time starting ZK then there might be permission issues on ZooKeeper directories on ZK hosts, ports not accessible etc., you will see what the log says.

the zookeeper.out file is too large, I will delete it, and then try again. But I use Ambari web stop all services, and I use ./zkServer.sh status, also show "follower".Thank you again.

Hi @Predrag Minovic , I deleted the file zookeeper.out, Use ambari start zookeeper, it show started, but use ./zkServer.sh status, it show "ZooKeeper JMX enabled by default Using config: /usr/hdp/2.3.4.0-3485/zookeeper/bin/../conf/zoo.cfg Error contacting service. It is probably not running."

and the file zookeeper.out is not created. But use "./zkServer.sh start" show "

Starting zookeeper ... already running as process 17976".
