An input port inside a process group which has no UpStream connection causing High CPU utilization.

Hi,

I had setup a connection between "RouteOnAttribute" --> "test" processor group in the main worksheet. Later I deleted the connection between them by stopping both the processor and the processor group. Later, when I turned ON the processor group, the input port inside the "test" processor group is causing a High CPU utilization. I verified this by turning ON and OFF the port. Please find the screen shots attached also the sample template to test this condition.

Question: Is it a normal behaviour of NiFi.?
