Apache Atlas - how to show entity by his name and not by his GUID

Hi

I have a problem when creating a new entity by an implemented custom type.

As You can see in the attached screenshot, in the Atlas UI there is the GUID but I expected the name ( It is an attribute of my custom type). How can I solve this?

Hi @gianluca ,

Could you please share the steps you have followed to create the custom entity? If you're doing it via the REST API, then you can update your Json file according to your preference (including the name of the custom entity) prior to running the POST /v2/entity API call.
