Are the Cloudera Manager and CDH (starving developer versions) still available?

Dear CDH community,

I just rebuilt my servers after a ubuntu OS fubar that knocked out my CDH and Cloudera. I could not locate the free versions of Cloudera Manager and CDH. I am hoping they are still available to starving developers like me.

@sanjaysubramani CDP Trial is available at :

But there is no older version which is available for trial due to Paywall Changes.
