Auto Stop/Start Daily

I have a very simple setup that uses Listss3, sends the flow to FetchS3Obj, and that sends the file to a simple ftp server. I want to introduce an automated limiter so that when 10GB of data is reach daily it will stop until the following day. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

It looks like the ControlRate processor may do this for me.
