Azure Sandbox Deploy Tutorial - PuTTY can't login - System is booting up

Heya @Arthur Jaron,

Your Azure VM may take a while to fully boot itself up and also the sandbox container within (hence the "System is booting up" message). Could you try again after a few minutes of getting this message? This seems like a good note to add to the tutorial - I'll get a ticket on this asap.
