Building kudu java tools (build fails?)

Do we have a good source for CDH kudu client tools?

I've run into a few issues in building kudu-backup. 

- various issues from missing gradle variables (in vers CDH 6.2) and missing dependencies in Master. 

Do we have a good kudu-backup build? Or, can someone point me towards a working version?

kudu-backup is incomplete and unsupported in CDH 6.2. It'll only be supported beginning with CDH 6.3.

That said, your best bet is probably reporting your issues to the upstream Apache Kudu project. That's where development is focused and where kudu-backup issues are likely to be first addressed.
