CCA175 certificate not received after clearing the exam

Hi Cloudera Team,

 

I have cleared the CCA175 exam but have not received my digital certificate yet. 

I have sent multiple emails to certification@cloudera.com but haven’t got any response from them or resolution. Could you look into this and check why this is taking so long!!

Please feel free to reach out again to the Certification Team who has managing all certification related issues and inquiries. 

 

They will be happy to give you an update on your requested certificate.

Sorry to see you are facing issues with receiving the certificate @harsha52. My first suggestion would be to check you email spam folder just in case. I'd also take a look at the certification FAQ to see if you are still within the timeframe provided. I'll check in with the certification team as well.

Thank you for the quick response!

I did check my spam folders, no luck!. I have received my score card on 12th July 2021 indicating I have cleared the certification and will get an email within 5 business days to access my certificate.

Your Score Report & Certificate was sent to you on 12th July in separate emails.

I have sent an email attaching both emails.

Please confirm receipt.

Hi Lorraine,

 

Thank you for the sending the certificate, it has my name mentioned wrongly.

Please look into it and provide the certificate with the correct name. I have sent the details over email regarding this.

Hi Team,

 

Certificate team has sent email that the update certificate will be sent later this week and I'm still waiting for the updated certificate to be received. Please let me know if you have any updates on this.
