CDE Service Virtual Cluster creation fails

Hi,

I'm trying to deploy a Virtual Cluster on my CDP cloud subscription on Azure Environment. The CDE Services creation is OK but the virtual cluster creation fails with the following message: dex-app version 1.8.0 installation failed, dex-app installation failed, timed out waiting for the condition

@arosc The best way to get some hint is look at POD logs for this environment and see if there is any clue because those should be failing with some issue hence you CDE failing in the monitoring console.

Hi 

Please check the CF stack in AWS for this deployment. If it is failing at creating a load balancer then check Maybe it hit ELB quota. The dex-base installation creates an LB. You might want to increase the AWS ELB quota and retry the provisioning.

Otherwise, let us know if you have overcome this issue with a different resolution
