CDH subscription

Hi,

I've been using CDH 6.3.2 for several years. For this I now need a subcription. I contacted the support a few days ago, but there was still no answer. How long does it take to get access to the private repository?

@buddelflinktier Based on below conditions you can follow various path. 

1. If you have Valid Subscription and a License key file with you. 

Follow the link : https://community.cloudera.com/t5/Support-Questions/How-do-I-get-repository-credentials/m-p/311145/h... This will tell you how to create credentials and then download repo. 

2. If you don’t have a license key but have valid subscription or You want to purchase one for yourself. 

Please contact Cloudera Sales or Open a support case using MyC if you are already a customer.

Unfortunately, that doesn't answer. I had already contacted the sales department but had not received any feedback so far.
