CDH6.2 beeline cannot show verbose log

CDH version: 6.2.0 Hue or Beeline can't show execution log, is this a bug or not ? i have found some article means not execution log from hive 2.0+, is this ture ? who can give me some advises ?

Can you please share some screenshot to clarify your concern here? Did you mean Hive's operation log not showing in Hue or Beeline?

resolved.

this is because i have added some jar of tez framework in hive server2. if i just added these jars in hive gateway, it's no problem.
