Can't connect to sandbox (docker) from local machine

I've installed HDP 3.0 using docker on Ubuntu (in cloud), but I can't connect to abari or others urls from my Mac.

I trie connect to:

and get just time session out: "This site can’t be reached"

also ambari status:

ambari-server status
ambari-server: command not found

I've done. Just need open ports in the Azure VM.
