Can we create HDFS file system in Azure?

I looking for the option to create my HDFS file system over Azure, I checked it out...WASB is not the option but not sure about ADLS gen2 or any other option in Azure.

Need suggestion on the same.

You can use ADLS gen2, Azure Blob, Azure files etc. Refer below link to understand more about Hadoop and Azure support.

Yes we can store the file in all the storage type but want to ensure can we use them for HDFS file system, as per my understanding Hortonworks didn't recommend that.

Please correct me.
