Channel outbound connection through LB

The outbound connection of NIFi pods are showing the public IP of VM instances.

nifi@nifi-0:/opt/nifi/nifi-current$ curl ifconfig.me.
34.138.43.245

 

I want the outbound connection from pods to route through loadbalancer rather than the public IP of instances. So i need to only whitelist the IP of load balancer rather than whitelisting entire instances. How can this be done?
