Cloudera Portal Login Password Recovery Issue

Hello,

I created the account on the cloudera portal, and Purchased CCA-131 EXAM.Set the password for the account but when I want to login the profile it does not let me access the page which shows me error and invalid .Now i can't login into the Account". Tried to reset password it didn't help me at all. As well not getting any reply from website-login@cloudera.com
