Cloudera Rel Repository down?

Getting a 404 from https://mvnrepository.com/repos/cloudera -> https://repository.cloudera.com/content/repositories/releases/

 Specifically for

https://repository.cloudera.com/content/repositories/releases/org/apache/hive/hcatalog/hive-hcatalog-core/2.1.1-cdh6.3.2/hive-hcatalog-core-2.1.1-cdh6.3.2.jar
https://repository.cloudera.com/content/repositories/releases/org/apache/hive/hcatalog/hive-hcatalog-server-extensions/2.1.1-cdh6.3.2/hive-hcatalog-server-extensions-2.1.1-cdh6.3.2.jar 

 Did the repo move or is it down?
