Cloudera Security Vulnerability

Hey!

I recently stumbled upon a medium-risk security vulnerability. I emailed Cloudera's security contact, but its been weeks with no reply or patch. I attempted to open a support ticket but the support page says my account doesn't have the necessary permissions. I was wondering if anybody can connect me to some employee who can help fix this?
