Cloudera live + tableau , no second mail

Hi,

I have seigned up for cloudera live and tableau combo.I got only one mail from GoGrid saying that "Thanks for sibing up with GoGrid and you can use your account" , it also states that you account is pay-as-you-go basis and nowhere mentioned the 14 day trial thing.Also i have waited for hours for the second mail which should have all the details of my preconfigured cluster but i did not get any mail.Its not in spam also.

Can you help me on that?

Hi Mitali,

I'd recommend you email support@gogrid.com with your account details and
what you just posted here. They will be able to see what, if anything went
wrong and correct it.

Hi Sean ,

I am also facing the same issue.Logged in to my go grid account and the cluster has been deployed but have not received the second mail with details of access to the tutorial and cluster.

I'd recommend you do the same - email support@gogrid.com using the email address you have on file, and they should be able to help you. With the GoGrid option, the underlying infrastructure is not controlled by Cloudera, so I'm afraid there isn't much we can do to help you without GoGrid's involvement if the initial deployment fails.
