I am getting below error while triggering list command in Hbase on Cloudera Quickstart VM:-

ERROR: org.apache.hadoop.hbase.PleaseHoldException: Master is initializing

Kindly refer to below additional information from log file:-

I tried stopping, forcefully killing all the services and restarting the same (for both HBase Master and HBase region server). But the issue still persist.

Could you please advice how I can resolve this issue. Alternatively, can I change it to standalone mode?
