@neha_t_jain just from reading your question, it seems like you've decided that VMWare is best for you and the hardware platform and memory capacity available for your situation.

While it's true that a couple of older sandboxes are available through the normal download channel, and previously folks willing to engage in some URL hacking were able to download other versions, if the sandbox downloads page doesn't offer the older version of the sandbox you want, you should consider it no longer available and it would behoove you to move to the latest version of the HDP sandbox that you can install and run.

It's going to be substantially easier for members of this community to answer your questions about recent versions of the sandbox.
