File Browser is giving error while accessing through HUE

We are encountering below error while hitting file browser at HUE webUI.
Cannot access: /.
[Errno 2] File / not found
On the other hand,
we are able to access File Browser on HDFS.

httpsfs log directory was /var/log/cloudera_logs/hadoop httpfs earlier and changed to /var/log/hadoop-httpfs later , this fixed the issue.

I have a similar problem, but my permissions in the config file are selected with a * . What permissions do you mean?

I cannot explain more clear, please check below steps
Directory permissions:
Log-in into Hue (as admin or hdfs), click file browse and select the directory which you are facing issue, goto Actions, then check permissions and owner
User permissions:
Goto users using Hue web UI, and check user permissions on permissions tab
