GetAzureEventHub vs ConsumeAzureEventHub difference ?

Any idea why we cant increase cuncurrent task of ConsumeAzureEventHub  processor?

And what is main difference between GetAzureEventHub vs ConsumeAzureEventHub processors?

When should I use which one?

Any info is much appreciated.
