Getting error : File could only be replicated to 0 nodes instead of minReplication (=1).

I am using Hortonworks virtual machine and connecting the same to Talend for big data . The connections look fine but while running the job I am getting the error :

File xyz.txt could only be replicated to 0 nodes instead of minReplication (=1). There are 1 datanode(s) running and 1 node(s) are excluded in this operation.

@Satyendra Kumar , Please check datanode logs around the time of issue. Also confirm how many VMs have you added for datanodes ? Check /etc/hadoop/conf/dfs.exclude and see which node is excluded and why from its logs.
