Grafana Web UI is not working in kerberos cluster?

We are configured grafana in herborized environment, We are trying to open a grafana web UI but we are getting some Blue Coat Web filter Business class. We talk to our network admin and try to find out the issue as some proxy or firewall is blocking the grafana port, we are also trying to change grafana prot 3000 t0 3001 but not are success. Grafana is mapped the Json data, we got the Json data using Advanced REST client. but once we are using any explorer, not able to get the graph

Can you try tunneling the port ? That should work have a look at this document

Thanks for reply, We tried but not successful. is any other way to resolved the above issue.
