HCA exam certificate not received

Hi All,

I passed my HCA exam on sat 17th feb. But i did not receive any certificate or Score report. I need to submit my certificate to my company.

I raised with 'Certification Support' <certification+id11355@hdptraining.zendesk.com> and request id is 11355.

Please help me.

YOU WILL IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE FROM HORTONWORKS CERTIFICATION SUPPORT.
