I am not able to access zeppelin notebook using HDP Sandbox on Azure. I am using http://ipaddress:9995/ to access the notebook and it is showing that the websocket is disconnected. all the other services are working fine.
Hey @jeffin jacob !
Are you able to connect to the host (through SSH endpoint, should be 22 the port) and run the following command, please?
netstat -tulpn | grep -i 9995 #gonna shown a PID/java something
ps -ef | grep -i <PID from the command above>
Also, take a look at the /var/log/zeppelin directory and try to grep for error/warn/fatal.
Hope this helps!
@jeffin jacob Make sure that you can reach this webpage (you can try a telnet from your machine to your "IP Port"), as you are using azure, you might have some problems with internal/external IP Address. After the answer of "netstat" as @Vinicius Higa Murakami has mentioned above, check if the bind address (local address) is "0.0.0.0", if the service is associated in a different IP you need to check the route rules.
