While i'm trying to create a new Azure subscription, I get an error message saying 'we cannot complete the transaction because of some issue with your account'. I tried with my old account as well as by creating a new azure account. The same issue persists. What's the workaround? I did not find any further information on the azure FAQs
This is not a query related to HDP. But my guess is there are lot many people who might have used HDP on Azure, who can could provide me hints on what could be the potential issue.
Hi @sneha challa - All of my errors with Azure account management have been solved pretty quickly by opening a support ticket with Microsoft. If the challenge is actually stopping you from getting far enough through the account creation process to open a ticket then you can also call their support line.
