I'm not an expert in the subject but I did some looking around for you and found the following, non-exhaustive list. 

For customers 

Check out the Knowledge Hub on MyCloudera which includes links to webinars, CDP trainings, the CDP Upgrade Advisor and Professional Services.

For non-customers

There is a blog article that may be of interest and has additional helpful links. There are also Cloudera's on-demand events for CDP which includes one titled Ask the Experts: The Path from HDP to CDP.
