HDPCD exam cancelled due to network issue - rescheduling/refund process

While taking the exam after few minutes( ~10 minutes) the document links didn't open and led to "system error". Not having received any response from Hortonworks team, the proctor had to cancel the exam after 30-45 minute wait for help. How to reinstate my registration so I reschedule and reappear the exam? The proctor has raised this incident with Hortonworks team already.
