HUE: Unable to view task log under parent workflow in HUE browser



Currently we are using cloudera 6.3.3 and we migrated from on prem to Cloud. since the day we have migrated , we are not able to view or not able open the TASK log details available beside the external id . I hope some configuration is missing in Hue. Please suggest

Could you please share the exact error you are getting and how you are trying to access the logs. A snapshot would really help us review the exact issue.

Thank you so much for your support . There is no such Error is showing . When you are trying open a Main workflow you can able to see the Task option as mentioned below, in the Task option you can able to see many sub work flow . I am not able to open any task log ,option related to Tasks are almost freeze.
