Hortonworks Maven repo corrupted phoenix-core JAR file

Hello,

I don't know if it is the right place but we stumbled upon this problem: the 4.7.0.2.6.5.0-292 phoenix-core lib jar file is corrupted.This prevent us to pull the dependency the normal way.
