Hi @Sridhar M
NIFI cannot be added as service managed by ambari in HDP stack.
Refer http://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/HDF2/HDF-2.0.1/bk_ambari-installation/content/system-requir... which clearly says You cannot install HDF on a system where HDP is already installed.
However you can manually install nifi by following this link.

Hi @Rahul Pathak, Thanks for the clarification above as of HDF 2. As of Oct 2017, I am referring to the HDF Docs at https://docs.hortonworks.com/HDPDocuments/HDF3/HDF-3.0.1.1/bk_installing-hdf-on-hdp/content/ch_add-h... which has a section explaining the process to add HDF services to an HDP cluster. Can you please confirm the same? I am planning to add Apache NiFi to my already existing HDP 2.6 cluster. Will i be able to do that? Can you please give some directions? Thanks.
