Since i need to retrieve all data from Atlas ,

There is a migration utility , using which you can use to export all data from Atlas and import into another.

@Satya Nittala , Your requirement is not really clear to me . In the Question description you mentioned about Atlas HBase table (sounded like a Atlas restore & backup). In the further comments , I see you want Hive Backup. Can you please let us know the exact issue and requirement ?

How to connect & get data from Atlas HBase Table? This question is vague, Atlas uses hbase as backend and stores on these 3 tables.

Apache Phoenix is a SQL skin for data in HBase so you could use that to dump the SQL to recreate the table in hive.
