How to move my path to another Partition/Filesystem

How to move my path to another Partition/Filesystem

New Contributor

I have very limited space in my digitalocean cluster, and the upgrade the space with new partition. But when i put csv file to hdfs sytem files, still get an error

put: File /user/xxxxx/xxx_test/xx.csv._COPYING_ could only be replicated to 0 nodes instead of minReplication (=1). There are 1 datanode(s) running and no node(s) are excluded in this operation.

hdfs dfs -ls /user/xxxxx/xxx_test, result is Found 0 items.

How can i use my new partition to HDFS system?

Thanks

You need to add the new paths for the partitions into the list of HDFS data directories (dfs.datanode.data.dir)
