How to upgrade spark version in cloudera v5.13

Dear Team,

I have Cloudera vm 5.13 version but in that version we have spark version 1.6.0 but we developing the spark code in eclipse 2+ version of spark, so that we encountering version mismatch so that we have to upgrade the VM or if Cloudera shall provide latet version of community version Cloudera also would be fine.

if latest version upgraded spark vm available, please share to us the link

Hi @karthik_1984 ,

To my knowledge, Cloudera won't be providing any upgraded VMs. Therefore you would have to update your installation to support Spark 2. The installation instructions are here:
