if i have hadoop apache 2.7.1
and when i execute hadoop version the out put is
Hadoop 2.7.1 Subversion https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/hadoop.git -r 15ecc87ccf4a0228f35af08fc56de536e6ce657a Compiled by jenkins on 2015-06-29T06:04Z Compiled with protoc 2.5.0 From source with checksum fc0a1a23fc1868e4d5ee7fa2b28a58a This command was run using /usr/local/hadoop/share/hadoop/common/hadoop-common-2.7.1.jar
and i make a cluster consists of three nodes each one has this hadoop version
can i install hue on apache hadoop without using cloudera or ambari
i found a tutorial called installing hue with non ambari cluster
and i applied the steps
and downloaded a repository for centos 7
but no package list error still appears
but before preceding i want to make sure that i'am following the correct tutorial and is there an ability to install hue on apache hadoop directly

Hue 2.6.1 is supported only on CentOS6. Please refer to system requirements below:

i have hdfs files only and i dont have the installation of Hive ,Hbase Or Zookeper on my cluster nodes

Yes! you can install hue on apache hadoop. Make sure to download correct repository and you will get the hue packages.

i downloaded the repository suggested in the documentaion for centos 7
wget -nv http://public-repo-1.hortonworks.com/HDP/centos7/2.x/updates/2.3.2.0/hdp.repo but i still get the error :no matching packages to list is there any other repository that should work for hue installation

Hue is not managed by Ambari, hence needs to be installed manually on the cluster. Please refer to below link for installation and configuration of hue:
