Is it possible to use Single User authentication method with a Nifi Cluster?

I am working on a proof of concept situation with a Nifi Cluster on Openshift. As part of the PoC I want to enable authentication (currently have a working cluster with no auth), so I am wondering if it possible to do it with the Single User method as it is built in and should be the easiest to setup. I have been unable to find any documentation outlining this process or possibility, so if there is any outlining this setup, assuming it is possible, please direct me towards it.
