ListS3 processor not picking up some files when it's running

Hello,

I am facing a strange behaviour from ListS3 processor. When the processor is RUNNING and I upload a folder to S3 with multiple files inside, NiFi picks up only the uploaded files which are smaller than 15 MB. When the processor's state is cleared, then NiFi picks up the remaining files which it didn't pick in the beginning of the ingestion.

This does not happen when the processor is STOPPED and ran when the upload of the files in the folder is complete
