Microservices implementation for hadoop cluster

Hello,

 

I have a question. Can we implement microservices in Hadoop cluster using virtual machines, not docker image?

VMs are not optimal.

 

Run microservices in Kafka Connect, NiFi Stateless, Flink, Spark or Python in CML, Jupyter Notebooks. SQL Stream builder.   all good options
