Migrate the clusters from one cloud break deployer to another (different env)

We initially installed cloudbreak deployer in a sandbox env and started building clusters of it. But now i want to migrate the clusters built on cloudbreak deployer in sandbox env to prod-cloudbreak-deployer. Is this possible?

Only if the secret key i mean UAA_DEFAULT_SECRET in the Profile are the same on both installation. Not easy but not impossible.

If you are using one of Cloudbreak 2.x versions, then the feature of moving Cloudbreak instances is supported and documented here.
