Migrating existing cluster from CentOS 6.x to CentOS 7.x ?

Hi Team,

I have an existing cluster which running on CentOS 6.x but now I'm migrating to CentOS 7.x. Does anyone have any best practices to be followed by there experience? Migration of nodes to CentOS 7.x will make them brand new nodes.

Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.. 🙂
