Migration from Apache hadoop 2.6.0 and hbase 0.98.7 to Hortonworks ??

I am looking for migration for current cluster Apache hadoop 2.6.0 and hbase 0.98.7 to Hortonworks , can you provide me any documents to proceed with it, also need backup of the data on hbase .
