Namenode pause duration concerning and bad frequenly

Follows the name node logs:

I don't see any alerts or configuration warnings anywhere else apart from Namenode pause duration frequently.

Also, could it be causing my sqoop jobs in oozie to restart (that's one of the issues I am facing right now since my sqoop job ends up failing because warehouse dir exists in case it restarts)
