Need help with installation of HDP 2.6

Hello,

We have built our product on HDP platform before it was taken over by Cloudera corp which didn't require any license to purchased from Hortonworks. 

We would now like to continue using the HDP at the base of our product however we are not sure if we can continue installing HDP the way we were earlier or do we have to now purchase a license from Cloudera.

Is there anyone who have experienced installing the HDP before and after the cloudera episode and can shed light on the impact on the installation of HDP under cloudera umbrella?
