I am facing connectivity issue with cloudera and other components of my environment. I need to log a ticket to cloudera technical support.
I already loging to the support portal but unable to log the ticket.
It sounds like there may be a permissioning issue with your account. Depending on if your company has a support contract or if you are a contractor there may be updates needed to provide access to creating a case. Your best bet is to contact the Cloudera representative for the company you are trying to create a case for so they can check into it.
