Not able to access NiFi web UI

yesterday, I have installed Apache NiFi in my Linux Server root directory as per in the administration guide and its started and worked fine till yesterday but it is not working today. The error in web UI is "The connection was reset" but in my Linux status it shows Nifi running.

if i stopped it shows:
org.apache.nifi.bootstrap.Command Failed to send shutdown command to port 36917 due to java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out. Will kill the NiFi Process with PID 14059.

And Again i rerun it shows:
2016-05-28 11:23:57,677 INFO [main] org.apache.nifi.bootstrap.Command Apache NiFi is currently running, listening to Bootstrap on port 39794, PID=22080
But still i am facing issue like "Unable to connect" or "Unable to connect"
please help me to solve

Are you sure you are using the correct port ? are you using a sandbox or a real cluster ? what the logs are saying ?

Can you please check if selinux is enabled on machine? if its on then kindly disable it and try again.
