Not able to connect to AWS instance - HDPCD

I launched successfully the AWS instance as per documentation for HDPCD practice exam.

When I try to connect from my windows machine through VNC viewer, I am not able to connect.

I confirm that there is no firewall blocker. I can telnet to server through this port.

During the steps it asked to download the private key. Do we need place it anywhere before accessing throguh VNC.
