Password less connection from Domino/Spotfire.

We are looking to connect Spotfire/Domino with CDP to query S3 Data, without specifying any Non-person account or a named person account (username/password). This is to ensure we are not storing the passwords on the consumer's machine/ server. e.g. A Linux server may run a nightly batch job.
The current mechanism we are utilizing is based on ODBC and JDBC.
Is there a way to configure any password less/ SSH key based authentication to connect CDP from Spotfire/Domino(Python) environments.
