Permission denied while registring hosts using ssh

I've setup ambari server to run using a non-root user(sudo with password). I've setup ssh also using the same user. I'm facing permission denied issue while registering hosts. permissiondenied(publickey,gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic,password)
